We just sizzle in the flame, along with the negative people. Never thinking one time that it is the attachment to a negative person that is upsetting things around and, in us. Not wanting to remove ourselves from the negative flames. We deceive ourselves into thinking that a change will take place, one day. Which never comes and we just, sizzle in the flame for years at a time. Neither one of us wants to be separated from the other so we are satisfied with sizzling. Remaining in the situation without ever doing anything about it. We come up with countless reasons to stay in the flame. Here is the main reason-The other party makes more money than I do. So we use this as a reason to continue to sizzle. “I don’t have anybody to help me with my business”, etc. And the list goes on, and on. Never trusting in the God, who created you, to make ends meet.We come up with all kinds of reasons to just sizzle in the flame. We say that “The heat is not that bad” and that thought alone, allows us to remain in the fire. The fire is still turned down low, and we sizzle for years. We continually come up with excuses to stay attached, and sizzle.Lesson One,We must never attach ourselves to anything negative. We need the Holy Spirit to relieve the heat of the situation, and bring about a change, for the better. Some of us live in situations that we wish were different. Never realizing that we could change, some things. With our God given ability, we can help ourselves in many situations.Discern what should stay, and what needs to get away from you.Sometimes, just removing ourselves from a situation would bring about a great change. It’s hard only because you think that it’s hard!
